These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Face2Find AI website and platform at face2find.ai. By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

1. The service

Face2Find AI provides a software platform and related services as described on our website. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paying customers.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to breach security, interfering with its operation, infringing others' rights, or using it for unlawful purposes.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the service to you. We process such data in line with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.

The service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Face2Find AI and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership in our intellectual property to you.

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or subscription. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face2Find AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Face2Find AI against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
